Concept Design

Initial Design Consultation: A member of our design team will meet with you to discuss your ideas and advise how best to approach the project.

Surveys: We organise for surveys to be undertaken to ensure your land and property are suitable for the proposed work. The type of survey(s) undertaken will depend on the nature of your property and may require the input of specialist consultants which we will coordinate on your behalf.

Sketch Design Layouts: Based on our conversations with you and survey information, we will draw up a series of layout sketches to send to you for feedback and agreement to move forward and produce a planning scheme.

Planning Permission

Planning Permission: We are experts at achieving planning permission in London. Our directors have 20 years experience of liaising with London Boroughs and Councils to successfully achieve Planning Permission.

Outline Design: Responding to your feedback, we will draw up a full set of planning drawings for your approval. These will be suitable for submitting for obtaining Statutory Approvals, such as Planning Permission or Listed Building Consent. Our team will manage the entire process and liaise with the Local Authority to achieve the most desirable outcome.

Working Drawings: Following a successful planning application, we will start work on producing detailed working drawings for obtaining Building Control approval and to aid with the construction of the proposed development. At this stage, we will produce a series of detailed schedules and specifications to accurately portray all proposed fixtures and fittings.

Planning Application Management: We can manage the entire Planning Applications process for you, including the paperwork, form-filling, liaising with all 3rd parties, including local boroughs or councils.

Statutory Approvals & Permissions: We are very familiar with an expert in achieving all Statutory Approvals and Permissions.

Building Control and Landlord Consent: Through our extensive experience, we are very effective at obtaining Building Control and Landlord Consent.

Schedules and Specifications: We are highly proficient at compiling all Specifications and Schedules for your building project.
